Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
minimalist-streetwear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
